While preparing teaching materials for courses, instructors, teaching assistants, academic staff and other collaborators may encounter doubts or issues about using and sharing copyrighted resources.

Instructors can ask the Library to purchase licenses for relevant course materials, such as case studies and other resource types, by manually adding a citation to their reading list and applying the tag "To Purchase".
To manually add a citation, click "Add" from your course reading list homepage and choose "Manual entry" from the drop-down menu:

A new window will open on the right, where you should fill in the required fields with the following information:

After clicking on "Add", a pop up window will open and you will be required to provide the following information:

Select both options and click "OK" to confirm.
The citation will be so added to the reading list and the Library can now start processing your request.
