The Bocconi Library & Archives Service Charter was created with the aim of informing our users about the services available to them and the quality standards the Library intends to uphold. It represents the commitment that Bocconi Library establishes with its users: it describes the Library's values, mission, services and quality factors, serving as the starting point for a constructive dialogue with the public.
The Bocconi Library works toward continuous improvement, through the monitoring of user requests and feedback, as well as the periodic analysis of the results achieved.
Before listing how to access the services, we would like to share the vision that has inspired the Library in recent years, which has always remained aligned with the vision of Bocconi University:
"The Library will become a real and ideal agora, a true magnetic catalyst where creative and rigorous research, innovative teaching, and multi-disciplinary learning will come together to give rise to knowledge that looks beyond, becoming more open and inclusive, visionary and rational, and producing a better impact, both internally within the University, and externally for community."
This vision is made feasible through the strong support of the Library's six strategic objectives, of which this Library Service Charter is an integral part: accessibility and communication; librarians and user development and growth; digitization; user-oriented collections; sustainability and inclusion; Third Mission.
