DoGi – Dottrina Giuridica is a valuable source for online research of Italian legal doctrine. This archive contains the complete bibliographic references, including abstracts, of articles published in over 250 Italian legal journals: there are no full text documents.

The search interface provides several fields: by entering the terms in the “Parola/e” field, these will be searched for within the title and abstract.

Within the single result, in addition to the abstract, you can read the bibliographic references of the publication, the classification codes of the legal area, and the details of the normative and case law sources cited by the author in the contribution.

Since DoGi doesn’t contain full texts, the next step consists in searching within SearchLib for the title of the journal in which the contribution has been published: if there is a subscription, it will be possible to access the resource from here.
